FAQs
1.How can I use the product safely?
Read the user manual before first use and keep it. Use only the charger, battery and accessories that came with the product. Do not use it on wet surfaces or in water (except the wet mode of a wet and dry model), and do not vacuum hot ash, flammable liquids or sharp objects. Never open, modify or puncture the battery, keep the product away from heat, and keep it out of children's reach. Store it somewhere cool and dry.
2.How often should I clean the product?
Empty the dust bin after each use, or whenever it is full: a full bin lowers suction. Clean the filter and the brush roll about once a month, or sooner if you vacuum a lot of pet hair or fine dust. Let a washed filter dry fully before you fit it back. Replace filters and brushes when they are worn. The exact intervals for your model are in its manual.
3.Why has the product stopped working, or is not working normally?
First check that the battery is charged and that the dust bin, filter and brush are fitted properly. A blocked brush, filter or tube makes the product slow down or stop to protect the motor: switch it off, clear the blockage, and let it cool if it feels hot. If it still does not work, contact us with your proof of purchase and we will help under the Limited warranty.
4.How do I use it as a vacuum cleaner?
Fit the extension tube and the floor brush, or the nozzle you need, until they click. Press the power button, choose the suction mode that suits the surface, and clean in slow, overlapping passes. For handheld use, take off the tube and use the nozzle you need. Empty the dust bin when you finish. Your manual shows the steps for your model.
5.Why won't the product charge, or the red indicator on the charger doesn't light?
Check that the socket is switched on and the plug and charging connector are fully seated, clean and dry. Try another socket. If the battery is very hot or very cold, let it reach room temperature before charging. If the indicator still does not light with working power, the charger or battery may be faulty: please contact us with your proof of purchase.
6.How do I clean the dust bin sensor?
Switch the product off and empty the dust bin. Wipe the sensor window gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth or a dry cotton swab. Do not use water, chemicals or sharp objects, which can damage it. Refit the bin fully and switch the product on again. If it still reports a full bin when it is empty, contact us.
