Using the website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You agree to give true and complete information, and to keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the website: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping or copying of its content, and no use that harms other people.
• We may refuse service, close an account or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or resale in breach of these terms.

Products, prices and availability

• Product descriptions, pictures and prices are shown as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. The price at checkout, including any taxes shown there, is the price you pay. Delivery is free.
• Products are offered while stock lasts. If a product is out of stock, a price was wrongly shown, or we cannot deliver to your pincode, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Offers and discounts are shown with their conditions. An offer does not change the product's price on its own page; it is explained beside it.

Orders and payment

• An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when it is confirmed: for online payments, when your payment reaches us; for cash on delivery, when we place it for packing. Until then, we may decline it.
• You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay) or by cash on delivery where it is offered. Payment details are handled by our payment partner, not by us.
• You can cancel an order until it is packed, as described in the Returns & refunds page.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is explained in Shipping & delivery, and returns and refunds in Returns & refunds. Our Limited warranty is on the Service page. These pages are part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be limited.

Our content

The Dibea name, logo, pictures, text and designs on this website belong to Suzhou Dibea Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Accounts and comments

If you send us a message or feedback, you allow us to use it to answer you and improve the store. Please do not send anything unlawful, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

Third-party links and services

The website links to other websites and uses services such as Razorpay and YouTube. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies. Please read their terms before you use them.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it can be interrupted or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit, such as death or injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies from the moment it is shown. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept it. An order you have already placed stays under the terms that applied when you placed it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without taking away your right to approach a consumer commission where you are entitled to.
