Who we are

Dibea India is operated by BFB Mart LLP, Nagalaya, 1st Main Road, Vivekananda Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037. We are the party that decides how your information is used on this website. The Dibea brand belongs to Suzhou Dibea Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one) and a password. We never see or keep your password in readable form.
• Your delivery details: the names, mobile numbers and addresses you save in your address book or give at checkout.
• Your orders: what you bought, the amount, how you paid, the status and its dates, and any messages about it.
• Messages you send us: the name, email and message in our customer care and business enquiry forms, and anything you write to us.
• Your basket and saved items: kept on your device until you sign in, and in your account after that.
• Technical information: your IP address and basic request details, used to keep the site secure, stop abuse and limit repeated requests.

What we do not collect

We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are made on Razorpay's secure payment page; we receive only the result of the payment and a reference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run advertising or analytics tools on this website at present.

Why we use it

• To create and run your account, take and deliver your orders, take payment and give refunds.
• To contact you about an order, a return, a warranty claim or a question you asked.
• To keep the website and your account secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal duties (for example tax and accounting records).
• To improve the store and its service. We only send you marketing messages if you ask us to.

Cookies and similar storage

• A sign-in (session) cookie and a security cookie, set when you sign in, so that you stay signed in and your requests are protected. They are necessary for the website to work.
• Your device's storage, used for your basket before you sign in and for your light or dark theme choice.
• A video from YouTube (shown without cookies until you press play) and the Razorpay payment page load only when you use them, and are governed by their own policies.

Who we share it with

We share information only as far as needed to serve you, and we do not sell it to anyone.

• Courier and delivery partners: your name, mobile number and address, so they can deliver.
• Razorpay, our payment partner: the details needed to take a payment or make a refund.
• Technology and hosting providers that run the website for us, who may handle data only for that purpose.
• Authorities, courts and other parties where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• Suzhou Dibea Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. and its service teams, where a warranty or product-safety matter needs the manufacturer.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. We keep order, invoice and payment records for as long as tax, accounting and consumer law require, even if you close your account. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it for their work, the website uses encrypted connections, and we use technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, so please also keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.

Your rights and choices

To use any of these rights, write to contactus@dibea.in. We may ask you to prove who you are first, and we reply within a reasonable time.

• To see the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or complete it. You can change your details yourself in My account.
• To ask us to erase your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
• To withdraw a consent you gave us, for example for marketing messages.
• To make a complaint about how your information is handled, to the grievance contact below, and to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please tell us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy, for example when we add a feature. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will say so on the website.
